In a move that has certainly led to all Netflix investors booking flights to Vegas for a never-ending jammy jam, Wal-Mart has
announced that it is shutting down its online rental service and pointing customers to Netflix as their DVD rental solution. Wal-Mart says they will focus on DVD sales.
This is huge news for Netflix, a company that saw Wal-Mart as a serious threat to their business. Blockbuster is the only other competition now, and they are
pushing hard by offering 2 months free and a free DVD for customers that switch from Wal-Mart or Netflix.
Sorry Blockbuster, but you are fooked. It's time to buy some Netflix stock.
